The movement evaluation is in-person only, but the 8-week program can be delivered virtually with remote coaching support. To determine the best fit, please email us to schedule a free Zoom or FaceTime consult.
Parent/guardian consent and a signed liability waiver are required before the evaluation and program delivery. All forms will be sent after booking.
This is a custom-built training program, not a generic template. Expect personalized instruction, progress tracking, and communication based on your athlete’s needs and goals.
We reserve the right to terminate services and issue a refund in the event of disrespect, lack of parental support, or behaviors that compromise the training environment. Our focus is high-quality coaching—not behavior management.
